The main objective of the project is to develop and improve the professional training of teachers in secondary vocational and technical schools in the wood industry and construction in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The project alm is the improvement the state of the vocational education and greater coherence in teaching and pracice. The implementation of the project will develop a system of continuing professional education of these schools through ongoing seminars, courses, intemships and excursions. Provision of balanced combination of training, advice and experience, that will enable teachers of vocational subjects develop their professional skills. The target group includes teachers of vocational subjects and practical trainings. Within the project we want to encourage collaboration between schools and woodworking companies, to develop professional competence of teachers, implement proactive methods and forms of teaching in the provision of balanced Moravian-Silesian Region.
