WOOD ACADEMY II

The priority objective of the project is heightening utilisation of wood as sustainable source and connected handing over of experience in the field of utilisation of renewable energy resources. We would like to achieve this by mean of realisation of environmental education activities for broad public, in form of experience-educational competitions in the field of ecology and forest-wood sector. The projects activities are performed with help of educational institutions active in the forest and wood processing sectors. The target is also to show to broad public that utilising wood in common life is a part of healthy life style which positively influences our surrounding. By mean of wood academy workshop the part of which are competitions and promotion activities the public informing and vocational education in the field of forest-wood sector will be supported. To this is connected the development of curriculas devoted to processing of wood, forestry and hunting.
